How much does it cost? 
It's only $26 per person!!!!  That's way cheaper than most companies.  However, we do not cut corners in the way of customer service or your paint party experience!  We strive to be a top notch company! 
How many people are needed to book a private party?

There is a minimum charge for 10 people.  We CAN DO a paint party with less than 10 people.  However, you will pay for the price of at least 10.  We can comfortably throw a party for up to 40 people.  If you have more guests than that, give us a call and we can make accommodations for a larger crowd.  There are no extra fees or costs.  We have done parties with up to 80 people in the past.  The price includes everything unless you request anything out of the ordinary.

What is included in the price of a private party?
We arrive on time and set up the entire paint party.  When the party is over we clean up our mess!  The class will be taught by a professional artist with experience and a background in art.  Depending on the size of the party, the artist may be accompanied by 1 or 2 assistants.  We bring aprons, easels, 16” X 20” canvasses, paints, brushes, cups, paper towels, etc.  If necessary, we’ll even bring tables and chairs.  We recommend you furnish the snacks and beverages and whatever other party favors you wish to have on hand.  You get to keep your painting!
What is the booking/cancellation policy for a private party?

We require a $50 deposit to save the time and date.   Your deposit is refunded at the time of the party (or we can just put it towards the total balance).  We prefer you make your reservation at least 7 days in advance.  You can pay on the day of the party.  The artist will accept one lump sum payment for the whole party or you can have your guests pay the artist individually.  If you cancel your party, you forfeit your deposit.  As a courtesy we allow you to reschedule your party once without losing the deposit.  We need to have a full headcount a day or 2 prior to the party so we will know how much materials to bring.
Where are you located?  Where are the paint parties?
We serve the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Our service area extends from the center of DFW to a radius of 15 miles.  We are happy to make a trip outside of the service area for a small additional fee.  The trip charge outside of the service area starts at $20.  All of our events are mobile – we bring the party to you.  We will set up at your house, the community room of your apartment complex, restaurants, bars, your office or business, hotels, conference rooms, your church, etc.  We also have partnerships with local bars, pubs, and restaurants throughout DFW that we can have private parties at.  We do not have a physical location.  We're mobile.
How long is the party?
The instructional/painting portion of the party is 2 hours long.  That’s when the painters begin painting and finish.  We arrive anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes early to set up.  And it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to clean up.  So in total, it’s about 3 to 3 ½ hours.
Do I have to have artistic abilities to be able to do something like this?
No!  Anybody can throw a paint party or be a guest.  Most of our customers have little or no experience with painting.  The artist who teaches the class will walk you through the process step by step.  Relax, sip on a nice beverage, and have fun with friends and family!
I want to host a party with a specific theme.  I don’t see a painting in your gallery that reflects that theme.  Can I request a custom painting for my party?
We will be happy to paint a custom painting just for your party.  We require at least 2 weeks notice in advance and charge a small fee of $40.
